Warraty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the date of original purchase.
Note: Applies only to products used within the 48 contiguous United States.

2. What This Warranty Includes
Repair or replacement (at our discretion) of defective components.

Labor costs for warranty repairs performed by our authorized technicians.

3. What This Warranty Excludes
Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., seals, gaskets, consumable parts).

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

Acts beyond our control (power surges, environmental damage).

4. Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: Contact support within 30 days of discovering the defect:

Step 2: We’ll respond within 2 business days to troubleshoot or approve a claim.

Step 3: For approved claims:
If replaceable: We ship a replacement unit (customer returns defective unit in original packaging).

5. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
Customer covers return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Products must be packed securely to prevent transit damage.

6. Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable.

Replacement units inherit the original warranty’s remaining term.

We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., business interruption).

7. Proof of Purchase Required
Original sales receipt or order confirmation must accompany all claims.
